This week, I learnt an important lesson on human relationship, leadership and kinship.

There are as many ways to be a leader as there are management book out there to tell you how to be a leader.

You can command your man to obey you, demand that they follow you into the battle field and obey you with out question.

Yet you can inspire them when they see that you have their interest at heart.

When they see that you really care for them and is willing to die together with them, there is no need to command, order or shout at them.

They, on their own, will be seeking ways to get the mission accomplished.

I am humbled to be given this opportunity to learn this lesson this week.
